The world from above

sharing a unique perspective

Welcome to The World From Above. A gallery of breathtaking aerial photography prints that connects people, place, and planet through the lens of storytelling.

Through the lens of aerial photography, we can see wild edge. Those untamed, liminal spaces where the land meets the sea, the forest transitions to open plains, or the boundaries between human impact and untouched wilderness blur. These edges are full of life and transformation. Holding stories of resilience, renewal, and coexistence.

By appreciating these liminal spaces, we gain insight into the delicate balance of ecosystems and the profound connections between all living things. From documenting conservation efforts and rewilding journeys to showcasing the raw beauty of untouched landscapes. Every print in this gallery is a testament to the resilience and magic of nature.

These perspectives remind us that the most transformative moments often happen at the edges. In spaces where change and possibility converge.

The World From Above invites you to see and feel these stories. To be inspired by the wild beauty of our planet, and to reflect on how we can nurture and protect it.

Aerial perspectives change our emotional connection to landscapes

with each flight…

I’m attuned to the rhythms of nature

Weaving together visuals that honour earth, sea and sky, the wildlife and the stories that need to be told.

My approach to capturing aerial and drone photography is deeply intentional. In response to the landscape, the light, and the life below, creating aerial visuals that embody the impactful stories that unfurl.

I live and breathe being outside in nature. For as long as I can remember, when I flew anywhere, I would book a window seat and always have my camera bag by my feet. The most memorable moment ever was en route to Canada. Flying over Greenland at sunset, with clear dusky pink skies above the ice cap and glacial mountains and fjords.

As you can tell, seeing our world from above is something that absolutely fascinates me. Flying drones gives us a window to the world we’re not used to seeing.

Illuminating the connection between people, place and planet has the power to shift perspectives and inspire positive change

Drone technology is rapidly evolving how we create impactful stories from the sky

In 2017, I gained my PfCO licence and have adored flying drones and seeing the world from above ever since. Reflecting on this period of time, it’s mind-blowing to look at how rapidly both technology and global aviation rules have evolved and in doing so, bringing lots of freedom.
